Sustainable Agriculture Volunteer
Work alongside smallholder farmers in Arusha, build food security
for local families, and help protect Tanzania’s agricultural
heritage for generations to come.
Overview

Why Volunteer With Hub for Impact?
Why Volunteer With Hub for Impact?
Hub for Impact is a registered NGO based in Arusha, Tanzania. Unlike large international volunteer agencies, we are entirely locally run — every coordinator and placement officer knows these farmers and their communities personally.
This means:
— Your placement is on real, working farms — not demonstration gardens for tourist volunteers
— Your skills and knowledge are genuinely needed and applied
— Your program fee stays entirely within the Arusha community
— Your impact is direct, measurable, and lasting
The farms surrounding Arusha sit in some of Tanzania’s most beautiful landscapes — in the shadow of Mount Meru and within reach of the Serengeti plains. Your evenings and weekends are completely free to explore one of the most extraordinary natural environments on Earth.
