If you have a day or even half a day to spare in Arusha, Hub for Impact offers structured Charity Day Visits that give you a genuine, meaningful experience of community life in Tanzania. This is not a poverty tour. It is not a photo opportunity.
It is a real visit to a real community project where your presence, energy, and contribution genuinely matter. Our Charity Day Visits are open to individuals, couples, families, and small groups. No experience or preparation is required just an open mind and a willing heart.

Card 1 — Half Day Visit

HALF DAY VISIT $50 per person

  • 3 hours at a Hub for Impact community placement in Arusha
  • Choose from: primary school visit, childcare centre, or women's empowerment group
  • Transport from your Arusha hotel or accommodation included
  • Certificate of participation
  • Departs 9:00 AM — returns approximately 12:30 PM

Card 2 — Full Day Visit

FULL DAY VISIT $80 per person

— Morning community placement visit 
— Traditional Tanzanian community lunch
— Afternoon cultural activity — local market visit,
Swahili language introduction, or second
community placement
— Transport throughout the day included

GROUP DAY VISIT From $45 per person (groups of 8 and above)

— Transport throughout the day for the full group
— Dedicated Hub for Impact group coordinator
